Add a Club or Society
Setting up a page for your Club is free, and you can either email the required content to us, or fill in our online form, and we will do the rest. Content sent by email should be sent to helpdesk@philatelyandpostalhistory.com, and should be in either plain text, HTML (ideal!), Microsoft Word, or Lotus Wordpro format. If you would like to discuss your Club's Web page requirements with us, please contact us using one of the methods on our Contact page. If at any time you would like to change or update the information on your Club's web page, we shall be pleased to do this for you. Minor changes are free. You can make one major update per year for no charge. For more frequent updates, the charge is £10.00 (or €20, or US$20) for up to 3 updates in a 12 month period. A word of caution: it is not a good idea to publicise your personal
address or phone number on the Internet - there are a lot of people out
there, and they do not all necessarily have your best intentions at heart.
Giving an email address as the way to contact your Club is probably the
safest.
